Burnt Mills makes premium hard cider in Bedminster: year-round Semi Dry, Pear and Dry Sparkling, plus rotating seasonals and a barrel-aged Jersey Maple Bourbon. The 1,000-square-foot tasting room is finished in wood harvested on site, and picnic tables circle a fire pit outside. The name comes from the Revolutionary War-era Burnt Mills area of the township.
