Owner Cedric Hosy is from France and trained in baking and pastry arts in Lyon before working in France, Australia and Switzerland. Chocolatine is named for the chocolate-filled croissant of southwest France, and its bakers make croissants, viennoiserie, macarons and French tarts by hand. This is the Denville shop; the larger café is in Morris Plains.
