Bill and Michele Krause run Farview Farm in the hills of Readington Township, raising pasture-fed beef, pork, lamb and chicken with no hormones or antibiotics. Animals are processed at a USDA-inspected facility and the meat is custom cut, frozen and labeled to each buyer's order, sold by the quarter, half or whole. Their free-range hens lay large to jumbo brown eggs, and they keep bees for raw honey.
