Blue Sheep Bake Shop makes its cakes and desserts in house, with pastry chefs trained at Johnson & Wales, the French Culinary Institute and the Culinary Institute of America. Karin Giamella handles custom cake orders. Alongside custom and signature cakes, the shop makes cupcakes, French macarons, decorated cookies, brownies and its own rotating ice cream, including ice cream cakes. It has moved to a new spot at 84 West Main Street.
