Donna Tarnovetchi took over Bridgewater Bakery in 2017 and bakes and decorates there herself. She grew up in Eastern Europe, and the case mixes traditional pastries such as kifli with breads, decorated cookies and macarons. Custom celebration and wedding cakes, including fondant work, are a large part of the business.
