Brook Hollow Winery

Family farm winery with a 100-foot covered porch looking over the vineyard and the Delaware Water Gap, open seven days for tastings and flights.

Official site Directions →

Winemaker Paul Ritter and his family opened Brook Hollow in Knowlton Township and moved to this Route 94 site in 2013. Under a New Jersey farm winery license, all of their wine is made from New Jersey grown fruit, mostly dry table wines with some sweeter ones. Wine slushies and a seasonal Chocolate Merlot Milkshake are house favorites.
