Buck Hill brews ales, lagers, porters, pilsners, IPAs and seasonals and serves them with a seasonal menu built on local farms and creameries. The hops are locally grown, including from Buck Hill's own hop farm, and spent grain goes back to area farms. In 2026 it marked ten years with Czig Meister, which opened the same day, through a collaboration beer.
