Rick and Laura Nifenecker own Café Pierrot; Rick studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and the Culinary Institute of America. The Sparta location is the full café, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, and also sells the company's breads and pastries, which are baked each morning. Custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies and macarons can be ordered for pickup here.
