Meg and Kim started Cattail Hollow Farm in 2022. Their chickens, ducks and guinea fowl spend the day on pasture and eat grain grown on other Sussex County farms, and the vegetables, herbs, fruit and flowers are grown with no synthetic sprays using regenerative, no-till methods. The farm is River-Friendly certified through North Jersey RC&D. Its greenhouse hosts seasonal classes, workshops and farm dinners, and a seedling sale runs in May and June.
