Chester Meat Market is a traditional full-service butcher shop on West Main Street in Chester. Master butchers Glen and Jon learned the craft from their mentor Lou Gross, and they work the counter with butchers Nick and Joe, cutting to order behind a 40-foot glass case that runs from hot dogs and kielbasa to rib eye steaks. The shop carries USDA Choice and Prime beef, fresh all-natural chicken and turkey, American lamb and all-natural pork, and makes its own sausage and sirloin hamburgers.
