Owner Cedric Hosy is from France and trained in baking and pastry arts in Lyon before working in France, Australia and Switzerland. Chocolatine is named for the chocolate-filled croissant of southwest France, and its bakers make croissants, viennoiserie, macarons and French tarts by hand. The Morris Plains shop is a café that also hosts reserved French afternoon tea service.
