Founded in 2014 in Fairfield, Claremont now distills in Hamburg with a farm-to-glass approach, working with New Jersey farmers for potatoes, blueberries and peaches. Best known for its potato vodka and Tracks & Rails bourbons. The tasting room offers tastings, bottle sales and distillery tours, with live music on Saturday nights.
