Kim and Rich Sytsema opened Clove Brook Market in 2003. Kim learned to bake at her family's farm in Wyckoff, and Rich was a dairy farmer before the shop. The bakery case is made on the premises each morning: doughnuts, cannoli, crumb cake, scones, muffins, Danish, cookies, cupcakes and a long list of fruit and cream pies. A Boar's Head deli, monthly take-home dinners and catering share the space.
