Each Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Amish vendors from Lancaster County fill this market hall under one roof. Lapp's Fresh Meats cuts beef, veal, pork and lamb to order and is known for hickory-smoked bacon. Stoltzfus Fresh & BBQ Poultry roasts chicken, ribs and turkey and makes its own sausage, Becca's Bakery bakes donuts, breads and pies on the premises, and Beiler's Cheese & Pickles sells cheese, farm milk, homemade yogurt and butter. Flemington Produce, Stoltzfus Seafood & Salads with over 100 prepared foods, J&S Candies with fudge and bulk goods, and Lil's hand-rolled pretzels round it out. This is a Pennsylvania Dutch market hall, not a local producer-only farmers market.
