Fiddler's Farm is a family-run micro bakery and farm in Harmony Township, licensed under New Jersey's cottage food law (CFO #1767) and also holding commercial and wholesale licenses. The sourdough is slow-fermented and made with organic grains from local farms and mills. Around the bakery they grow fruit, vegetables, herbs and garlic without chemicals, keep chickens and ducks for eggs, and run a small apiary; their clover honey took third place at the 2024 Warren County Farmers Fair honey show. The baker also teaches beginner sourdough workshops around the county.
