Flatbrook Farm raises its animals on rolling hay meadows and woodland in rural Sussex County, about 60 miles from New York City. Cattle are rotationally grazed on grass, pigs forage in the woods, and Label Rouge-style broiler chickens and laying hens live on pasture, all on non-GMO feed with no antibiotics or growth hormones. Turkeys spend about six months on pasture in movable pens shifted daily. The farm sells whole and half beef and pork shares, whole chickens, eggs and turkeys, and does not ship.
