Fromage opened in early 2022, the idea of Luce DeMark, who grew up in France with its cheese shops. It sits next to her design showroom, Interiors by Luce, and is fitted out like a French cheese shop, with French music playing. The case holds soft, semi-hard and hard cheeses, with an aim to stock cheeses and charcuterie from the region, alongside crackers, jams, mustards, olives and pickles, dried fruit, chocolate and serving boards. The shop builds custom charcuterie boxes and boards to order and hosts cheese and board classes in the store and at local venues.
