Giancarlo’s is owned and run by Albert Stango, who has worked in the bakery business for more than 30 years. Everything is made on the premises, from bread and rolls baked daily to Italian cookies, pastries, pies and custom cakes. The shop also runs an Italian deli and pizzeria and caters events.
