The Haring family farms land in Frenchtown where Lucas Haring was born and raised, and made Haring Family Farm official in 2015. They use regenerative practices to raise pasture-raised pigs, meat chickens, laying hens, turkeys and grass-fed beef, plus hay, without chemicals or antibiotics. The farm began as a meat CSA, moved to selling direct in 2019, and now sells at its own self-serve stand, at Saturday and winter markets and through a few local shops. It also makes grass-fed tallow products.
