Heated calls itself a sourdough breadshop café inspired by the New Jersey countryside. All of its baked goods are vegan, free of nuts and soy, and the gluten-friendly items are made with a separate in-house gluten-free sourdough starter. Alongside the breads, bagels and pretzels there is a curated, picnic-style menu of small plates, soups and coffee roasted by Valor in Atlanta.
