Kilhaney's makes its own pickles in Hackettstown and sells them from its Main Street shop, where you can taste before you buy. The jars run from garlic dills and Dutch dill to sweet heat, horseradish garlic, smoked maple and a taco pickle, with pickled onions, pickled garlic and spicy beet pickled eggs alongside. Flavors rotate with the seasons, about 100 over a year. There is a second shop on Main Street in Clinton, and the pickles ship from kilhaneys.com.
