Uyen Kirshenbaum, a pastry chef, and her husband Jeff started the business during the pandemic by baking cookies for friends and family. It grew into a bakery café in Westfield, and the Morristown shop on Schuyler Place is their second location. They make breads, pies, cakes, cookies and pastries in their own kitchen each day, and use their house-baked rolls for breakfast and lunch sandwiches.
