Laura's Coffee & Restaurant is a coffee shop and bakery in downtown Dover whose sign reads Mexican Bakery and Colombian Bakery. Each October it bakes hojaldras, the sugar-topped pan de muerto for Día de Muertos, and in December it makes rosca de reyes for Three Kings Day, which it says are made in house.
