Linda learned to bake biscotti from her grandmother, Grae-Grae, more than 30 years ago and built the recipe into a business, experimenting with single and double baking and new flavors. The biscotti went from homemade gifts to local markets, coffee shops and grocers before she opened a retail shop on Main Street in Chester. Most flavors are $39.99 a pound, with gluten-free double-baked versions at $43.99, and the shop also makes cookies and chocolate chip cookie fries.
