Bradley Burke started Longmeadow Farm in 1993 growing pumpkins, and later planted the apple orchard. It now grows 15 apple varieties that ripen in turn from Ginger Gold on Labor Day weekend through Stayman Winesap, Rome and Cameo in the second half of October, plus a raspberry and blackberry patch, pumpkins, squash, gourds and cut flowers. Honey comes from hives on the farm.
