Gene and Janet Maddalena started the business more than 40 years ago, and cheesecakes are still made in small batches from Gene's original recipe. The range covers classic, gluten-free and no-sugar-added cheesecakes, decorated cheesecakes, an apple crumb pie that won People's Choice at the 2017 Allentown Fair Pie Wars, and frozen oven-ready meals such as pot pies. Their cheesecakes are also sold through restaurants and other stores.
