Melick's grows apples in Oldwick and presses them on a traditional rack and cloth press, then makes hard ciders such as 1728 Traditional, Jersey Ginger, Tart Cherry and King Street Hops, all grown and bottled in Oldwick. The farm also has pick-your-own apples, cider donuts and weekend hay rides.
