Mishta, in the New Village Center on Triangle Road, builds its menu around the regional cooking of India and what it calls lost royal recipes, served in an upscale, contemporary room. It says it works with local farms and suppliers for pasture-raised chicken and grass-fed lamb and goat, and brings its spices from India. There are lunch, dinner, dessert and take-out menus.
