Morganics Family Farm grows grain in Hillsborough and stores it as whole seed, milling each week to keep the flour and oats fresh. The range includes rolled oats, whole-grain einkorn flour and berries, rye flour, Freddie soft white wheat flour for cakes and cookies, and Redeemer hard red winter wheat flour for bread and pasta. Nothing is sifted out, so the bran and germ stay in.
