Philosopher Margaret Cuonzo and musician Vita Wallace started Morning Glory & Bumble Bee in 2016 on a former corn field and 27 acres of woods, planting hazelnuts, sour cherries, berries and herbs. They make jams, jellies and compotes from the orchard's fruit, along with loose herbal teas, elderberry syrup and a raspberry vinegar. They describe the farm's practices as ethical and regenerative.
