Ninety Acres is the fine-dining restaurant at Pendry Natirar, in the estate's old carriage house: a fireplace dining room, a bar lounge and a back patio looking out over The Farm at Natirar. The menu follows the seasons and is built on what the farm grows, organic heirloom vegetables, herbs and microgreens, with the rest bought from neighboring farms; the current dinner menu has Griggstown chicken and a Natirar farm salad. The Cooking School at Ninety Acres, on the same estate, runs public classes every week, chef collaborations, kids' summer camps and private parties for up to 40. Pendry's all-day Ladd's Tavern, up the drive, serves breakfast, lunch, weekend brunch and dinner.
