Pochuck Valley Farms has grown fruit in the Pochuck Valley since 1912. The market sells its own apples through the fall and into winter (Cortland, Macoun, Mutsu, Stayman Winesap, Black Twig, Rhode Island Greening and more), plus peaches, pears and plums in their seasons, and presses cider. Inside, Diana's Bakery bakes pies, breads, cakes, cookies, crumb cake and apple cider donuts, and a full deli serves breakfast platters, egg sandwiches and lunch sandwiches. A late-April freeze in 2026 took 99% of the fruit crop, the first year without a crop in the farm's 114 years.

This season
No pick-your-own apples, peaches, pears or plums in 2026 after the freeze; the farm is making cider and baked goods from the apples that survived, and pumpkin picking starts in October. The market, deli and bakery stay open all winter on shorter weekend hours.
