The Red Wolfe Inn has been a dining destination on County Road 519 since 1986, a rustic, old-fashioned room for a special-occasion dinner or a date night. Steak is the reason to go: New York strips are hand cut to order and come sizzling on a cast-iron skillet, named by size from the 8-ounce Wolfe Cub to the 24-ounce Loki's Cut and the three-pound Red Wolfe, alongside filet mignon, London broil and broiled rack of lamb. The rest of the menu keeps to tavern classics: escargot from a family recipe, frog legs, French onion soup, Chambord roast duck and seafood with house stuffing.

The menu names no farms or suppliers.
