The Schaefer family has farmed in Hunterdon County for four generations. Their farm stand sells pasture-raised eggs and the farm's own beef, pork, chicken, duck and quail, plus milk, butter, cheese, local honey and ice cream. In summer they grow sweet corn, heirloom tomatoes, berries, melons and a long list of vegetables, and in fall they plant more than 40 acres of pumpkins reached by hayride. December brings pick-your-own Christmas trees and wreaths.
