Skillman Farm Market and Butcher Shop sources 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef and pasture-raised poultry from local farms, with lamb and goat as available. The chickens are raised in portable pens on organic pasture and the turkeys on organic pasture, processed in New Jersey. The butchers take custom requests, and the shop sells whole and half beef for the freezer with a cut sheet. The shop changed hands in spring 2026 and reopened on May 1; in August it announced that David the Butcher was back and that fresh goat and lamb cuts had been added. Sourdough from Bread and Culture in Flemington is sold Friday to Sunday.
