The Polish Pickle Deli, formerly B&L Market, opened in 1993 after its owners came to the U.S. from Łomża, Poland. The kitchen makes its own sauerkraut and low-salt pickles, bigos (sauerkraut stew), pickle soup, żurek (Polish rye soup), white and beet horseradish, stuffed cabbage, pączki and babka. The kielbasa, dozens of kinds, is made by butchers in the area. It is also the flagship store for Polish Deli Online, which has shipped nationwide since 2016.
