The Rustic Roost is a small farm near Belvidere with Nigerian Dwarf goats and a licensed cottage bakery. The sourdough breads and bagels are made with organic unbleached flour and a homemade starter, and they go out at the farm stand every Saturday at 9 AM, where visitors can also feed the goats. The farm also makes goat milk soap from its own herd and soy candles.
