The Stables at Waterwheel Farm is a family farm and horse boarding stable on Fredon Marksboro Road in Fredon Township. It raises steers for beef, sold year round by the cut or as quarter, half and whole sides, and free-range Broad Breasted Bronze turkeys that live outdoors on grass and are sold fresh at Thanksgiving. The farm also sells turkey sausage, ground turkey and beef sausage.

Beef cuts are sold year round from the April 2026 price list (ground beef $8 a pound, steaks $19 to $24 a pound). Fresh Thanksgiving turkeys are taking orders now.
