Union Hill Farms marks 40 years in 2026 (1986 to 2026) on Cooper Road land it says has been farmed continuously since 1793, the oldest in Morris County. The farm grows tomatoes, eggplant, hot peppers and other vegetables and keeps a flower patch, and its apples come from its sister farm in Sussex County, Hillcrest Orchard and Dairy in Branchville. Besides the roadside stand, the farm sells at the Denville, Morristown, Hoboken and Highland Park farmers markets.
