Audrey and Steve planted 10 acres of vines on a former corn field in 2001 and make about 2,000 cases a year, which keeps them among the smallest wineries in the state. Audrey, who holds a PhD in nutrition, is the winemaker. The farm skips herbicides and also grows organic grains for local bakers.
