Skylands Food TrailA stop on the Skylands Food Cheese Trail: farms that make cheese from their own animals’ milk.

Jonathan and Nina White run a 187-acre regenerative, 100% grass-fed farm. They make raw cow’s milk cheeses from April through November and bake heritage-grain sourdough in the bakehouse.

Come for a wedge of Amram or Endgame, leave with a loaf, and walk out to see the herd. The farm also sells its own grass-fed beef and whey-fed pork.
