Heather started Bucha Booch five years ago with a farmers market stand, a few kombucha flavors and a few teas. The kombucha is raw, unpasteurized and made in small batches from organic black tea, organic sugar and a SCOBY, then flavored with fruit and herbs, such as farm-fresh blueberries with sage. She also blends loose leaf teas, and bottles can be returned for reuse.
