Ethos Farm to Health is a nonprofit regenerative farm on West Mill Road in Long Valley, started by physician Dr. Ron Weiss to grow nutrient-dense food and train new farmers. The Doctor's Farm Market sells its USDA Certified Organic vegetables, fruits, herbs and flowers: more than 60 crops over a season, grown without chemicals using local compost and cover crops. Fall brings spinach, arugula, kale, collards, chard, escarole, bok choy, lettuces, ginger and turmeric. The market also carries organic goods from partner farms, including mushrooms, grains, flours, rice and winter squash.
