Hope Cress Farms is a family-run farm based on Union Brick Road in Blairstown Township, with its farm stand on Hope Blairstown Road in Hope. It raises beef, pork and chicken on pasture without hormones or steroids and with non-GMO feed, keeps hens for eggs, and grows about 35 varieties of microgreens year-round, from mild sugar pea and carrot to mustards, radish, lemon basil and cilantro. In season it grows a full line of vegetables without pesticides or herbicides, and each fall it raises fresh turkeys for Thanksgiving.
