Carol Kesler opened Just Made Bakery in October 1997 using family recipes, with fruit from Treelicious Orchards, the Kesler family’s 130-acre orchard in Port Murray. The bakery hand-peels and slices apples for its pies, and its fruit pies are vegan with no preservatives. It also bakes muffins, cookies, brownies, carrot cake, quiche and chicken pot pie, and is a peanut-free facility with sugar-free and gluten-free versions of most items.
