John and Kathy Lima bought the land on Amwell Road in 2007 and started with 17 cows; the herd is now around 175 head, grazing several hundred acres including other local properties. The farm also raises pigs, meat chickens, laying hens and turkeys, and cuts its meat in an on-farm butcher shop. The farm store sells grass-fed steaks, roasts and ground beef, pork chops, bacon, pork roll and sausages, whole and cut chicken, turkey and eggs, along with vegetables, dairy, pasta, bread and honey from partner farms and makers.
