Three Meadows Farm began as the Rupert family's garden and was bought in 2016 by Somerset Hills Learning Institute, a nonprofit school for children and adults with autism. It now runs as a social enterprise and job-training site, with students and adult staff growing salad greens and microgreens year-round in a hydroponic greenhouse without pesticides or herbicides, collecting eggs and raising free-range turkeys for Thanksgiving. Its Paradise Salad is also sold at Village Supermarket, and profits support the school.
