Windy Brow has grown fruit on this ridge since 1946, and the Hunt family has run it since 2000. The farm grows dozens of apple varieties plus peaches, cherries, other stone fruit and vegetables, though a spring 2026 freeze sharply cut this year's crop. An in-house bakery turns out yeasted and levain breads, pies, pastries and apple cider donuts, and the farm churns its own small-batch ice cream, including vegan flavors. In season, a wood-fired kitchen serves pizza on select evenings.
